Build a Compelling School Brand & Nurture the Culture you Want

A school brand isn't just a logo or a website or social media. It is the lasting impression your school leaves on its stakeholders. An authentic brand is crucial to intentionally shaping school's culture, including effective internal and external communication, student morale, stakeholder trust, employee retention, recruitment, and partnership development. In this 1-hour session (including exercises), you will learn:

– the basics of building a modern school brand;
– the benefits of building a brand as a means to shaping school culture; and,
– the brand as a leadership tool.

You will apply your learning through 3 to 4-minute exercises in order to:

– map your stakeholders;
– identify their core values; and
– evaluate your school brand.

These creative and reflective exercises will allow you to take the first steps towards evaluating your school's current brand, identifying gaps, and considering it's future direction.
